Responsibilities:
- Lead the bakery team in producing a variety of baked goods.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring quality, productivity, and efficiency.
- Develop new recipes and introduce seasonal items.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, freshness, and taste.
- Manage inventory and control costs effectively.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a senior baking role.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and equipment.
- Leadership skills to motivate the team.
- Food safety certification required.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,00.00 – RM10,00.00 per month
