Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking an experienced Chinese Banquet Sous Chef to support banquet operations, menu planning, and execution of large-scale Chinese banquet events. You will assist the Executive Chef in supervising kitchen staff, ensuring consistent dish quality, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, coordinating ingredient preparation, and managing food costing. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Chinese banquet kitchens, strong leadership, knowledge of traditional Cantonese and regional Chinese cuisines, and ability to work under pressure.
