We seek a skilled chef to lead our culinary operations in Lagos, Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an authentic menu.
- Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Manage and train kitchen staff.
- Maintain health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the hotel’s culinary team.
