Deskripsi Kerja
Perodua Body & Paint is seeking a dedicated Claim Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Receiving and reviewing vehicle claims, including accidents, theft, or damage reports.
- Communicating with customers regarding their claims status and professionally addressing inquiries or complaints.
- Ensuring all claim information is complete and aligned with insurance policy requirements.
Requirements: In-depth knowledge of vehicle insurance products, at least 1 year of experience in the automotive field, proficiency in the Merimen system, strong communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract (12 months)
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
Work Location: In person
