Deskripsi Kerja
HealthMetrics Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Claims Specialist. In this role, you will process claims submissions from members, corporations, and hospitals while ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
Responsibilities: Review and process claims, handle inquiries via phone and email, prepare documentation, and manage the administrative filing system. Preferred qualifications include a diploma or degree in a medical-related field, excellent interpersonal skills, and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
This is a contract position for 24 months, with a salary of RM2,00 – RM3,00 per month.
