Deskripsi Kerja

Scope of Work:

• Responding to customer service inquiries, including scheduling appointments and updating clients.
• Providing information and details about customer businesses.
• Interpreting data, analyzing outcomes using statistical techniques, and preparing ongoing reports.
• Understanding customer needs and proposing solutions.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field.
• Valid management certification.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,00.00 – RM5,00.00 per month
