Deskripsi Kerja

Company: DM Mobile Telecommunications SDN BHD

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM4,00.00 per month

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls related to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback regarding company products.
  • Exceed customer expectations with exceptional service and accurate information.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet KPIs and SLAs.

Requirements:

  • At least a SPM qualification is required.
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus.

Schedule: Fixed shifts, Monday to Friday.

Supplemental Pay: Performance bonuses available.
