About the Role
We’re looking for a smart, friendly, and honest person to join our growing team. As a Client Experience Associate, you’ll be the first smile our clients see, help with official paperwork, and assist in upselling our products and services.
Responsibilities include greeting clients, handling paperwork, assisting in upselling, and ensuring smooth operations within the team.
Requirements: You should be friendly, a quick learner, and possess basic communication skills in English and Malay. A valid driver’s license is required.
