We are seeking a dedicated Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Canaan Communication & Technologies Sdn Bhd. You will respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat, assist with order processing, and resolve issues professionally.
Requirements include proven customer service experience, preferably in banking, and strong communication skills. A diploma or higher qualification is essential.
This full-time position is based in Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya. Pay: RM3,500.00 per month.
