The Jevan Bala Agency (JBA) is seeking a dedicated Client Service Executive to join our team. You will be the primary liaison for clients, handling inquiries about insurance products, claims, and policy information. Responsibilities include processing policy applications, providing accurate coverage information, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
This position offers full-time, part-time, or graduate opportunities with competitive pay from RM1,939.95 to RM8,00.00 monthly, plus commissions. Benefits include a flexible schedule, health insurance, and professional development opportunities. Willingness to travel 75% is required.
