Deskripsi Kerja
Vertex Mastery is seeking a dedicated Client Success Executive to provide comprehensive support to our coaching team. This role involves managing a portfolio of clients, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will schedule coaching sessions, handle documentation, and exceed client expectations through exceptional service.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. This is a full-time position with a salary range of RM2,500.00 – RM4,500.00 per month, along with benefits such as flexible scheduling and professional development opportunities.
