Deskripsi Kerja
Join Sperton Malaysia as a Client Support Specialist! You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service through live chat, email, and calls. Your tasks will include answering inquiries, providing information on our products, and building lasting relationships with customers. We are looking for individuals who can consistently meet individual and team KPIs.
Requirements: SPM or equivalent; no experience needed as training will be provided; excellent communication skills in English are essential.
Start Date: July 24, 2024. Salary ranges from RM2,600.00 – RM2,800.00 per month. Opportunities for promotion and overtime available.
Schedule: Afternoon, day, evening, and night shifts available.
