Deskripsi Kerja
Mines Excellence Golf Resort Berhad is seeking a dedicated Club Manager to oversee the operations and business strategy of our resort. The ideal candidate will enhance guest satisfaction, drive revenue growth, and ensure smooth daily management.
Responsibilities: Supervise all departments, manage budgets, lead recruitment, build customer relations, ensure compliance with regulations, and collaborate on marketing strategies.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business management, 8-10 years of experience in hospitality or resort management, strong leadership, financial acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills. Knowledge of golf operations is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time, Pay: From RM10,00.00 per month. Benefits include free parking, health insurance, and meals provided.
Schedule: Day shift.
