Deskripsi Kerja
Job Description:
The Coffee Manager will be primarily responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our coffee plantation, ensuring high yield and quality through sustainable agricultural practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage planting, harvesting, processing, and storage of coffee.
- Supervise farm workers and ensure compliance with safety and labor standards.
- Collaborate with the accounting team on farm expenses.
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in coffee plantation management.
- Proficiency in Lao or English is preferred.
Location: PAKSE-Champasack Province, Lao PDR. Salary: up to $1,500. Full-time position.
