Deskripsi Kerja
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Coffee Production team. As a Coffee Production Crew Member, you will play a key role in the daily operations of our coffee production facility.
Your responsibilities will include roasting, grinding, and packaging coffee, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. You will also assist with equipment maintenance and participate in team meetings to improve workflow efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, a strong work ethic, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members. Experience in food production is a plus but not required.
