Deskripsi Kerja
We are hiring a Coffee Specialist to craft exceptional beverages, manage daily coffee operations, and educate customers about our beans. You will prepare espresso and specialty drinks with consistent quality, maintain equipment, oversee inventory, and ensure cleanliness. Provide warm customer service, train junior baristas, and support product sales. Candidates should have 1+ years of barista experience, strong latte-art and espresso skills, a basic knowledge of coffee origins and brewing methods, and excellent communication. Flexible schedule, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team are required.
