Deskripsi Kerja
Join Cuckoo International (MAL) Sdn Bhd as a Collection Advisor! We are looking for dedicated individuals to contact customers for overdue payments, both online and offline.
Responsibilities:
- Contacting customers for overdue payments.
- Updating payment records.
- Working full-time from home with flexible hours.
- Achieving KPI targets.
Requirements:
- Aged 21 and above.
- Fluent in Malay, English, or Chinese.
- Own transportation and necessary equipment.
- Experience in collections or customer service preferred.
Salary: RM1,500.00 – RM5,00.00 per month, plus commission.
