Deskripsi Kerja
Acom (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Collection Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting daily cold calls, collaborating with team members to meet targets, and managing customer accounts to ensure timely payments. You will handle overdue accounts, follow corporate policies, and assist in developing strategies for recovering outstanding loans.
Requirements include a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, at least 1 year of experience in debt recovery, and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Customer service skills are essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM2,800.00 per month
