Deskripsi Kerja
The Client: A subsidiary of Services Corporation, specializes in vehicle finance across over 40 countries with assets of US$251 billion. Founded in 200, they prioritize customer satisfaction and ethical standards.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality calls for repayment assistance.
- Coordinate stakeholders for agreement execution.
- Verify KYC on applications.
- Monitor post-repayment performance.
- Handle inquiries on repayment variations.
- Manage debts over 90 days and propose new plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Business, Banking, or Finance.
- 2 years in banking and finance.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM4,00.00 – RM5,00.00 per month
