Deskripsi Kerja

Hatten Hotel Melaka is seeking a dedicated Commis Chef to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing daily procedures in line with Hatten standards, completing temperature charts, and ensuring food quality according to standardized recipes.

Your duties will include maintaining proper food storage protocols, adhering to sanitation policies, and reporting maintenance needs to the Sous Chef. Attendance at team meetings and understanding job roles of subordinates are essential.

This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits that include health insurance, maternity leave, meals, and opportunities for promotion.
