We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Commis Chef to join our team at Ibis Melaka. The ideal candidate will assist cooks and chefs in preparing and storing food, cleaning work areas, and maintaining the highest standards of food preparation. Responsibilities include washing utensils, handling food items, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in Asian and Western cuisine is a plus.
- Proficient in Malay, English, & Mandarin (reading and writing).
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Team player with a passion for the food and beverage industry.
- Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
