Deskripsi Kerja
SJ Corporate Services is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Company Secretarial Assistant to join our team. Key responsibilities include preparing resolutions and statutory documents, maintaining secretarial books, and ensuring compliance with the Malaysian Companies Act. A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is required, along with proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English. Fluency in Mandarin is preferred.
This is a full-time position with a salary of RM2,100.00 to RM2,400.00. Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided.
