Deskripsi Kerja
SJ Corporate Services is seeking a dedicated Company Secretarial Assistant to support our corporate secretarial functions. Responsibilities include preparing resolutions, maintaining secretarial books, and ensuring compliance with the Malaysian Companies Act. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field and be fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English.
We prefer candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply. This full-time position offers a monthly salary of RM2,200.00 – RM2,600.00, with benefits including free parking.
