Description
As a Company Secretarial Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and submitting Circular Resolutions and Annual Returns.
- Ensuring timely statutory submissions to the Companies Commission of Malaysia.
- Assisting in drafting meeting minutes and organizing various meetings.
- Supporting compliance with legal frameworks and liaising with auditors.
Requirements
We are seeking candidates who:
- Hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Are proficient in English.
- Are willing to work in Bandar Sunway.
