Deskripsi Kerja

Syarikat Ong Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Company Secretary and Office Manager to advise clients on statutory compliance, manage corporate secretarial work for local and international companies, and ensure adherence to the Companies Act 2016 and other relevant regulations.

Your role will include maintaining statutory records, supporting Board and General Meetings, and liaising with clients and authorities. You will lead a team and manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and compliance. This full-time position offers a salary of RM6,00.00 – RM7,00.00 per month and professional development benefits.

Work location is in person.
