Deskripsi Kerja
YYC Group is seeking a dedicated Company Secretary Intern to join our team. You will provide corporate secretarial services to clients and ensure prompt document delivery. Familiarity with technology and cloud environments is a plus.
Your responsibilities include registering documents, ensuring compliance, maintaining records, and preparing board resolutions while liaising with auditors and other parties.
This is a full-time position with a salary of RM1,00.00 – RM1,500.00 per month, and the work location is in person.
