Deskripsi Kerja
Work you’ll do:
- Maintain and update secretarial records of clients
- Record and circulate minutes of meetings
- Prepare corporate secretarial documents
- Assist in planning and executing General Meetings
- Prepare Annual Returns and shareholder resolutions
- Advise clients on compliance with the Malaysian Companies Act, 2016
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Malaysian Companies Act, 2016
- Good English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,600.00 – RM5,500.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
