Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Component Failure Analysis team at Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. This internship offers hands-on experience in material analysis and failure investigation of electronic components, with a focus on ceramic substrates.
Responsibilities:
- Review cracked ceramic substrates and related component characteristics.
- Investigate failures in hybrid manufacturing and PCBA process levels.
- Utilize Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools for simulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (related fields).
- No prior experience necessary; training provided.
- Strong organizational skills.
