We are seeking a dedicated and personable Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and assistance.
Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, facilitating check-ins and check-outs, and offering local recommendations. You will also handle special requests, manage reservations, and ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work under pressure. Previous experience in hospitality is preferred but not required.
