Job Requirement:
- Ages 20 – 35 years
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
The Site Supervisor will oversee and coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring timely project completion within budget and meeting quality standards. Responsibilities include managing work crews, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Supervise on-site construction activities.
- Plan manpower, tools, and equipment.
- Attend client meetings regarding progress.
- Liaise with contractors on-site.
- Submit progress claims.
