Deskripsi Kerja
We are hiring a Consumer Care Representative to deliver outstanding support by phone, email, and chat. You will resolve customer inquiries, process orders and returns, troubleshoot products, update records in our CRM, and escalate complex cases. Target-driven with a focus on first-contact resolution, you’ll meet quality and response-time KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year in customer service, strong English communication, basic computer literacy, empathy, problem-solving, and ability to work flexible shifts.
