Deskripsi Kerja
We are looking for a dedicated Contact Centre Advisor to join our team at Hiredsearch Services Sdn Bhd. As a Contact Centre Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Handling customer enquiries and complaints via phone, email, and live chat regarding insurance policy operations.
- Reporting issues to supervisors for service enhancement.
- Making outbound calls for necessary follow-ups.
- Documenting all call activities and follow-up items.
- Collaborating with business partners to resolve complaints.
- Providing cross-support to other functions as needed.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM4,00.00 – RM5,00.00 per month
