Deskripsi Kerja

Shopper360 is seeking a detail-oriented Contest Operations Executive to manage contest projects and ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include managing contest setups, testing flows, processing data, generating reports in Excel, and liaising with clients. Additionally, the role involves managing call center tasks and ensuring timely project delivery.

Duties:

  • Manage and oversee contest projects
  • Setup contests, including terms & conditions
  • Process data and generate reports
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years in admin/operations
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa, and Mandarin
  • Strong interpersonal skills
