Deskripsi Kerja
Join Kimlun Sdn Bhd as a Contract Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project budgets, preparing bills of quantities, estimating costs, and liaising with subcontractors. Key tasks include submitting monthly progress claims, preparing payment certificates, and adjusting budget projections based on design changes.
Applicants should possess a Diploma or Degree in a related field, be proficient in English, Mandarin, and Malay, and have at least 3 years of relevant work experience. Computer literacy is required, and the ability to start immediately is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time. Pay: RM3,00.00 – RM5,500.00 per month. Work Location: In person.
