Job Responsibilities:
Lead the Contract Department for property development and construction. Manage budgets, oversee tender processes, conduct quantity take-offs, and verify contractor works. Ensure compliance with standards while optimizing construction costs through value engineering.
Job Requirements:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building Surveying with over 10 years of experience in quantity surveying and contract administration, ideally within the construction industry.
