Deskripsi Kerja
As a Contract Quantity Surveyor at Parkland Group, you will manage pre- and post-contract duties: source contractors/suppliers, prepare tender documents and reports for contract awards, process monthly progress claims, variation orders and final accounts, and maintain construction cost control for landed and high-rise developments. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent, minimum 3 years’ experience in construction or development, proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia, and strong analytical and sourcing skills. Job type: Full-time; fresh graduates considered. Salary: RM2,600–RM3,600/month. Benefit: opportunities for promotion. Work location: in person.
