Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in subsale and loan documentation.
- Strong critical thinking and time management skills.
- Able to manage files, monitor progress, and meet tight deadlines.
- Determined to work late or on weekends if necessary.
- Assist lawyers with conveyancing matters and handle administrative tasks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
