Schedule: Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft sale and purchase agreements, loan documents, and other legal documents.
- Liaise with clients, developers, banks, and legal entities for smooth transactions.
- Maintain accurate records and filings related to property transactions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and conduct relevant searches.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM, diploma, or certificate in Law or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a conveyancing role.
- Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and property laws.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and conveyancing software.
