Deskripsi Kerja
Location: Desa Park City, Plaza Arkadia
Company: Polymorph Recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Handle sub-sale transaction documents, banking, and loan documentation.
- Assist lawyers in conveyancing-related matters.
- Attend to clients, developers, bankers, and related authorities.
- Provide secretarial support to the lawyers.
- Manage files independently to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in SPA and LOAN documentation preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to speak any Chinese dialect is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome (Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,00).
Working Days: Mon – Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
