Deskripsi Kerja
Join TalentTag Asia as a Conveyancing Lawyer / Legal Associate. Manage a diverse range of conveyancing matters, including sub-sale, developer projects, and financing transactions.
Your responsibilities include drafting Sale and Purchase Agreements, coordinating with clients, banks, and authorities, and providing legal advice on regulatory matters. Monitor transaction timelines and ensure precise legal documentation.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B Hons) and be an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya with 2 to 5 years of conveyancing experience.
This position offers a monthly salary range of RM5,00.00 – RM7,00.00 with opportunities for promotion and professional development.
