Deskripsi Kerja

Responsibilities:

• Attend to all company secretarial matters.
• Prepare resolutions, minutes, and statutory documents.
• Provide secretarial services for meetings.
• Manage corporate exercises, including formation and winding up.
• Ensure proper maintenance of documents.
• Assist in improving workflows.
• Handle duties with minimal supervision.
• Communicate with clients and regulatory bodies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM3,500.00/month
