Deskripsi Kerja

Main Purpose of Job:

The primary purpose of the Credit Management Specialist is to manage customer accounts on a monthly basis, ensuring timely payments and maintaining account health.

Job Description:

  • Manage collection results for accounts.
  • Advise and remind customers about timely payments.
  • Respond to customer inquiries.
  • Conduct dunning activities.

Requirements:

Minimum education of SPM, STPM, Diploma, or Degree. Fresh graduates encouraged. Strong English and Malay skills, proficiency in MS Office.

Working Days: Mon-Sat; 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.; Pay: RM1,600.00 – RM2,700.00/month.
