Deskripsi Kerja
Collectius CMS (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a reliable and hardworking Credit Recovery Officer to support our licensed administration with a focus on revenue collection. This role involves direct communication with our customers (debtors) through telephone calls to negotiate outstanding payments and initiate recovery actions.
Duties Include: Managing the credit recovery process, achieving team targets, daily follow-ups, and effective negotiations with debtors.
Requirements: SPM/Diploma in a relevant field, proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to motivate others.
This is a full-time position, suitable for fresh graduates. Benefits include health insurance, maternity leave, and opportunities for promotion.
