Deskripsi Kerja

Position: Call Centre Exec

Location: Bandar Seri Permaisuri (Near LRT Salak Selatan)

Salary Range:

  • RM 1,600 – RM 3,500 (Based on experience)
  • Commission
  • Attendance Incentive
  • EPF + SOCSO + EIS

Job Duties:

  • Contact customers for payments on overdue bills.
  • Aim to meet individual and team targets.
  • Negotiate repayment arrangements.

Requirements:

  • SPM qualification
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English
  • Experience in customer service is a plus
