Deskripsi Kerja
Join Cuckoo International (MAL) Sdn Bhd as a CUCKOO Collection Advisor! We offer a commission-based salary with attractive incentives.
Your responsibilities will include reaching out to customers who are past due (5 months or more) to remind them of their repayment obligations and ensuring compliance with company policies.
You’ll negotiate repayment plans, update customer contact information, and conduct site visits for unresponsive customers. This position offers a hybrid work schedule with both office and remote options.
We are looking for full-time, permanent team members, including fresh graduates, with a pay range of RM1,800.00 – RM7,00.00 per month and various benefits.
