Deskripsi Kerja
Metro IVF is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our healthcare center as a Customer Care Coordinator and Admin. You will coordinate patient appointments, explain our services, and manage inquiries, ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, especially those with a degree in Business or Healthcare Administration and 2 years of customer service experience. Proficiency in MS Office and good organizational skills are required.
This full-time position offers a starting salary of RM2,500.00 per month.
