Deskripsi Kerja

HLK (Chain-Store) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Customer Care Assistant to support our CRM Department in operational matters. Key responsibilities include managing stock and service sets from all branches, updating customers on service set statuses, assisting with product non-conformance documentation, and collaborating with other departments to enhance performance.

Requirements include at least an SPM or relevant qualification, with fresh graduates or those with 2 years of related experience encouraged to apply. Candidates should be proficient in MS Office, possess strong communication skills in English, and be willing to work in Kota Kemuning.
