Deskripsi Kerja

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Assistant to join our team at IHT Rehabilitation Centre (Selangor) Sdn Bhd. Responsibilities include:

  • Organizing patient appointments.
  • Reminding patients of appointments.
  • Maintaining patient records.
  • Greeting and assisting patients.
  • Addressing inquiries with empathy.
  • Ensuring accurate billing.

Requirements: Diploma or SPM, 1 year experience, bilingual, computer literate.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 – RM2,800.00/month
