Deskripsi Kerja

SRG ASIA PACIFIC SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Consultant (CC) to resolve customer complaints via phone and assist with inquiries. The ideal candidate will interact professionally with customers through voice and live chat, handle escalated complaints, and achieve productivity standards while ensuring top-notch customer service.

Requirements include a minimum of SPM/Diploma/Degree, relevant customer service experience, and proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. A good attitude, stress tolerance, and availability to work on weekends and public holidays are essential.

This full-time position offers a salary range of RM2,00.00 – RM2,800.00 per month, with benefits including promotional opportunities and professional development.
