Deskripsi Kerja

GENO is looking for dedicated Customer Care Executives to join our team in Jalan Klang Lama, Kuala Lumpur. This full-time, permanent position offers a salary range of RM 2,500 – RM 3,500 with two shift rotations: 10am – 7pm or 1pm – 10pm.

Responsibilities include supporting global property negotiators, answering calls, educating users on app features, and collaborating with the IT team. A diploma or degree, strong communication skills, and adaptability in fast-paced environments are required. Preferred languages include Mandarin and Bahasa.
